Finding out about Christianity

Sunday Meetings

All our meetings focus on listening to what God says to us

as His Word the Bible is read and explained in the sermon.

Some of our recent sermons can be listened to or downloaded here

Services at St. Luke's

11.00am  Morning CHURCH

This is a more contemporary service for all ages, with a mixture of traditional and modern hymns/songs. Pre-school children are catered for in Crèche, and older children and young people meet to learn from the Bible in our Sunday School (called 'Word Alive'), except when we have our monthly All-Together Service. On the 1st Sunday of the month we gather at the Lord's Table for Holy Communion. Refreshments are served after the meeting.

6.30pm  Evening CHURCH

This is a Book of Common Prayer service with traditional hymns, which is held on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month (Evening Prayer and Lord's Supper respectively).

Services at Pond Lane Mission

11.00am  Morning CHURCH

This service is normally based on the Book of Common Prayer, with traditional hymns. The Lord's Supper is celebrated once a month.
